SIOI, on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, made a project aimed at training 10 diplomats of the Republic of Yemen. The master’s course, taught in the English language, was subdivided into five areas of instruction and five specialized seminars: Law and International Organization, Geopolitics, International Economic Relations, Processes of Democratization and International Protection of Human Rights; Politics and Institutions of the European Union, Public Speaking, International Organizations, Intercultural Communications and Elements of Italian constitutional law and the Italian political system.
To supplement the classroom phase the instruction provided institutional visits and workshops at the Foreign Ministry, the Chamber of Deputies, the Representation of Italy in the European Commission, the Representation of Italy in the European Parliament, the EU representation at the Santa headquarters and the Support Office at the United Nations in Assisi.
