This award – bestowed as a result of a competition based on the trial simulation of a practical case related to the implementation of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms – is open to all the Italian Universities where legal subjects are taught.
The winning team will be granted an award equal to 1,000.00 euros, whereas the team ranking second will be granted an award amounting to 500.00 euros. Furthermore, the members of the winning team will be recommended for a period of traineeship at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
