This project consisted in a Winter school aimed at providing skills and tools on diplomatic practice in the globalization era targeted to young women coming from the Mediterranean area, who will be able to operate, in various capacities and with various levels of responsibility, in international institutions and organizations.
The project involved the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the Italian Society for International Organisation (SIOI).
Target Group: 20 young leaders coming from Algeria, Egypt ,Jordan, Israel, Lebanon, Libya, Oman, Morocco, Turkey, Tunisia and Yemen.
Main issues: Understanding International Trends; Leadership models and challenges; Understanding global economic trends; Intercultural Communication and the effective use of Media for Social Change (Webinar on protocol and politeness in the WEB 2.0 era); “Strengthening Women’s Leadership: Approaches and Experiences.
