SIOI, on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Directorate General for Political Affairs and Security, organized a project aimed at training 10 diplomats of the Republic of Yemen. The master’s course, taught in the English language, was subdivided into five areas of instruction and five specialized seminars: Law and International Organization, Geopolitics and International Relations, International Economic Relations, Democratization and Human Rights Protection; the European Union’s Institutions and Policies. The programme was completed by some seminars on Practical Diplomacy in the following areas: Public Speaking, Intercultural Communication, International Negotiating, Basics of Italian Language and Culture, Italian constitutional law and its political system. Furthermore, a workshop at the Italian Chamber of Deputies – Palazzo Montecitorio – has been organized.
