(Law n. 180, February 6, 1992, Italy’s participation in peace and humanitarian initiatives) (60 hours)

SIOI, on the behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Directorate General for the Countries of Europe, made a project aimed at training 15 diplomats from the Republics of Albania, Armenia and Kosovo. The postgraduate course, taught in the English language, was divided into four areas of instruction: Law and International Organization; Geopolitics and International Relations; Processes of Democratization and International Protection of Human Rights; Policies and Institutions of the European Union. To supplement the classroom phase the course provided institutional visits and workshops at the Foreign Ministry, the Chamber of Deputies and the Representation of Italy in the European Commission.
