The project involved the Moldovan Ministry for Foreign Affairs, the Moldovan Embassy in Italy, the Italian Embassy in Moldova, the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs, the Directorate General for European Countries, the Italian Society for International Organisation (SIOI). The project consisted in providing training in Geopolitics, Democratization and Human Rights Protection to endow ten diplomats coming from Moldova with a common understanding of the new global security concept in the international environment, the geopolitics of the regional orders, States cooperation in the economic and social field, the United Nations Human Rights System, the European governance, the process of enlargement and the European partnership and the key political accession criteria.
