Presentation

Leadership is a necessity. It can be a blessing or a curse. Leaders have demonstrated the ability to channel people’s confidence, energy, resources and aspirations to lead them into battle, build great societies and explore the continents and skies. Great achievements come from solid, effective and reliable leadership. The catastrophes were caused by corrupt, incompetent and destructive Leadership. Why?

This course will try to answer this question. We will examine what makes a successful Leader, what is needed to become one, what ethical qualities are required and what values are fundamental to Leaders who deserve trust and obedience. We will delve into different Leadership styles and, above all, we will explore Leadership through the centuries, from the ancient world to the present day.
