The course, organized by SIOI in collaboration with the UN UNESCO Office for Support to the United Nations of the Municipality of Assisi, aims to provide concrete responses, in terms of content and methods, for the dissemination of a Human Rights culture, particularly among young people, through the analysis of international instruments.

GOAL AND CONTENT

The objective of the course is to promote:

  • the acquisition of the necessary skills for developing initiatives focused on education in respect for human rights;
  • an in-depth understanding of the main international instruments for the protection of human rights, as well as the role and specific activities of the United Nations and other international organizations operating in the field.
ADMISSION

The course is aimed at teachers of all levels, volunteers, professional educators, students of social and pedagogical disciplines, and young people interested in promoting Human Rights.
