Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation

between SIOI and the Department of Foreign Relations of the Kurdistan Regional Government

Official Visit at SIOI of Min. Falah Mustafa, Head of Foreign Affairs Department ofthe Regional Government of Iraqi Kurdistan

SIOI and the Department of Foreign Relations of KRG signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a formal base for cooperation between both sides.

Furthermore Min. Falah Mustafa, was the keynotespeaker for the Conference on Geopolitical role of Iraqi Kurdistan and Syrian refugees, organised in SIOI with the cooperation of the Kurdistan Regional Government. He was introduced by Franco Frattini and by the opening remarks of Alessandro Politi, a Political Analyst and SIOI Professor.

Prof. Rezan Kader, High Representative of the KRG in Italy also attended the conference delivering the conclusions after Min. Mustafa’s Lecture.
